  • Adapt international training materials in order to fit local specificities

  • Translate/proofread and enhance content of existing training support documents

  • Provide support for delivering and following up on the company's training objectives

  • Provide inputs & feedbacks to Management on training and coaching methods & tools


  • Deliver product training to both BAs and generic staff in line with sales cycles & training priorities

  • Deliver induction & specific training to grow & develop Dior BAs following Central guidelines

  • Coordinate BA Seminar on training preparation & logistics annually

  • Complete relevant training reports & all necessary reports as requested by Area Sales Manager


  • Develop & motivate BAs through training & coaching

  • Contribute to Region/Training projects: regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training & coaching


  • Coach & motivate BAs at POS to ensure "in-class" product information, sales pitch and D.I.O.R. Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out & enhanced at POS

  • Store visit to observe customer purchase behavior & interact with BAs and/or customer

  • Identify & feedback future training needs

Technical Skills

  • Able to conduct product training of skincare, makeup & fragrance

  • Strong experience in delivering specific training, i.e. soft skills on selling, customer service, etc ... and coaching

  • Computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)


  • 5 years training experience in cosmetic retail environment

  • Solid experience in field coaching preferable

  • Strong leadership

  • Independent & self-starter

  • Confident (in presenting and influencing at all levels)

  • Willing to travel regularly, regional & worldwide seminars/meetings

  • Genuine interest in and appreciation of the Dior brand, cosmetics & luxury industry
