The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) is the center of Modern Marketing excellence. The CMO brings our modern marketing vision to life, providing leadership and accountability to drive demand generation and create fans through a connected sales and marketing experience. The CMO provides Integrated Marketing and deep discipline expertise in Experiential Marketing, Social Marketing, and Analytics, working in partnership with the respective product and segment teams. The CMO supports all segments (commercial & consumer), products, and cross-product solution areas and maximizes the use of global content, focusing marketing investments in alignment with customer buying scenarios, and leveraging Global Demand Centers (GDC) and Global Engagement Programs (GEPs)


  1. Lead the Rhythm of business planning process for marketing to drive alignment to deliver against the defined core priorties for marketing communciations through the buyer journey across audiences

  2. Lead the interlocks with the segment, business groups, inside sales and OneGDC regional team to align on the CMO core priorties

  3. Lead the quarterly and monthly Rhythm of Business for CMO between area and subisidaries to ensure alignment, optimization and execution of core priorities.

  4. Land the connected sales & modern marketing capabilities to deliver marketing sourced qualified pipeline through a structured handover of marketing qualified to sales qualified leads.

  5. Lead the marketing and sales interlock to ensure a strong handshake with sales and demand response teams to manage the lead flow and lead optimization process

  6. Act as the conduit between marketing and tele-sales to provide close loop feedback on marketing programs to ensure continual enhancement and optimsiation of marketing programs to deliver qualified pipeline and maximise Return on Investment.

  7. Lead the database acquisition and enrichment program and manage data integrity to ensure compliance and privacy policies are adhered to.

  8. Support the CMO leader to build and develop modern marketing talent and deliver success through an impactful people and readiness agenda.

  9. Ensure the CMO team leverage on all global assets, infrastructure and policies and consume Modern Marketing University (MMU) readiness content;

  10. Support the CMO lead to buld a CMO organization that is stronger tomorrow than today. Increase Area and Subsidiary capabilities and confidence aligned to our future.



Minimum of 10+ years of Marketing Opearations / Business Operations experience in technology.

Experience in lead management and lead optimisaton process preferred

Strong analytical capabilities to measure business performance and ability to quickly make smart data-driven decisons
