Within WW Learning, the Global Field & Partner Learning team develops and leads cross-segment, role-based learning programs focused on increasing technical, industry, and professional capabilities, to measurably accelerate field and partner performance. Our team delivers learning programs to over 60,000 professionals across our field organization, and to over 1 million learners across our partner ecosystem.

As part of the Field Enablement Learning Team, this role will lead a team of Asia based Field Enablement Managers (FEMs) who in partnership with the business, build and deliver business aligned, field integrated, readiness in support of advancing Industry, Technical and Professional skills capabilities. This includes driving innovation in our learning culture, overseeing Region Learning Governance, delivering joint half-year readiness planning, managing the readiness delivery budget, establishing strong communications, delivering business insights and aligning conditions of satisfaction.

The Asia Regional Field Enablement Director role offers a unique career development opportunity. Candidates will build on their ability to provide broad business impact, gain deeper business insights, lead a critical element of our Microsoft transformation, manage a cross Region team, and influence local and corporate senior stakeholders. Given the significance of this opportunity, ideal candidates come to role with the nomination of their local leadership and will be expected to interview with key Region stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and coach a high-performance team of Field Enablement Managers. Act as an effective people manger, supporting morale, engagement and career development.

  • Develop deep understanding of Area priorities and learning portfolio of programs for optimized delivery to enable innovative, efficient learning.

  • Understanding learning gaps and aligning a portfolio of programs with optimal delivery to enable innovative, efficient and effective learning.

  • Optimize business impact through global/local teach, adopt sustain motions.

  • Work across the WW Learning organization to serve as an informed voice of the field champion Identifying and influencing emerging readiness business insights.

  • Drive cultural shift across businesses to create readiness enthusiasm to drive change and to influence behavior. Serve as chief learning evangelist and advocate for each field role.

  • Become trusted advisor and valued member of the Region/Area leadership teams, influencing strategy and supporting execution.

  • Lead Region learning communications and digital community extension.


Key Qualifications Include:

  • Preferred local leader candidate nomination

  • 8 years experience in a people management role

  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching, supporting, and increasing the capabilities of team members.

  • Deep field experience and understanding of factors that motivate and drive results within our Sales organizations.

  • Quota carrying Sales experience.

  • Established individual trusted advisor in engagement and influence with senior leaders.

  • Prior Area HQ/Regional level role experience.

  • 10+ year’s broad business experience in international corporate sales, marketing, or services environment.

  • Ability to travel globally 10-20%

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred)
