Brief Description

This position will support the change management activities for “APL onboarding to LARA” program, i.e. to migrate all APL users to a new system platform in a global deployment manner. The total no. of users impacted is 6000 located in 112 countries globally.

Change Management Lead will support the Business Change Sponsor in the following activities: Ensure change readiness for the organisation

  • Communications to stakeholders, internal employees, external customers and vendors

  • Engagement of key stakeholders in the change process

Key Result Areas

  • Develop Change Management Plan jointly with business

  • Develop Communication Plan jointly with business

  • Provide coaching and training to relevant team in executing change management activities:

  • Change impact assessment

  • How to help employees understand the impact of the change and transit smoothly to adapt to the new systems

  • Guide APL business to identify and mitigate risk impact customers and vendors, and help them transit to accept any new way of working with APL

  • Work with team leads on addressing stakeholder concerns and issues and assist in managing stakeholder expectation.

  • Run a change readiness assessment survey (on a regular basis) and assess user readiness

  • Guide and support business in the execution of communication activities, stakeholder engagement plan and change network

  • Engagement of change network in the country and track their change management activities

  • Identify Risk and mitigation plans in the areas of change management

  • Review and track change management activities and present status to PMO and Steering Committees.

Education - Degree


  • 5-10 years of change management experience, preferably in the Transportation industry , or systems engineering

  • 5-10 years of experience in implementing medium-to-large scale global IT program especially in change management areas

  • Has led at least 2 large scale change management programs in a global context
