APAC TTS Technology group that supports Cash management and Trade business across Asia markets is seeking an experienced and accomplished Technical project Manager, who will work with a group of seasoned professionals to deliver technology projects for the business.

The individual should have a strong track record of managing complex projects, good understanding of Payments and receivables products/platforms, and have successfully managed business relationships. As we continue to evolve through innovation and sophistication in technology, the individual should have the ability to manage transformation, and drive for continuous improvement.

Job Scope:

  • Align with the business strategy/goals and TTS global Payments & Receivables technology transformation plan

  • Collaboration with various partner systems development/testing teams, including but not limited to front-end channels, integration systems, core banking/data warehouse apps

  • Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors

  • Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work

  • Review the technical and functional capabilities of the existing payment ecosystem

  • Work closely with the application development teams to define execution plan to ensure the final delivery is adhering to the agreed design principles

  • Responsible for writing a technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) based on interactions directly with the business, operations and development teams

  • Implement best practices and Engineering Excellence standards in Payments and Receivables BA/PM processes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of in-depth banking/IT experience

  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical ability to understand complex and diverse issue, identify root cause and recommend solutions

  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

  • Knowledge of IT Governance, architecture, program management, and software development life cycle

  • Knowledge and experience in Payments & Receivables domain is a plus

  • Educational Background: Bachelor or Master in Computer or Science or Engineering field
