Philips Business Marketing Manager, Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Mobile Surgery APAC in Singapore, Singapore

•Manager drives the business strategy in the markets and the execution. The strategy is translated into clear targets and capacity and investments are made available to achieve those targets. •As such, the Business Marketing Manager is responsible for the BMC-planning, execution and for the financial performance of that business. •When needed, the BMM starts the process to develop local innovation, which has to be approved in the BMC. •He/She monitors performance, develops and executes corrective actions when necessary to achieve BMC and AOP-commitments. In support of these objectives, the Business Marketing Manager leads the product/solutions specialists in the Market. •Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth (in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements) and demand generation•Develops pricing strategies in line with the commercial policy•Drives customer satisfaction and loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within the Market•Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development •Provide Business with local insights about markets, competition, product and application developments, and solutions•Responsible for driving strong functional teams including developing exceptional sales specialists, application specialists, demo specialists, clinical specialists

You are responsible for

  • Business Management

  • Co-create and execute and cluster Annual Operation Plan (AOP) in line

with the overall business strategy, resource planning and allocation

  • Deploy top-line AOP and Pricing strategy to regions

  • Co-create marketing plan for the region in strong co-operation with

Cluster Strategic Marketing Manager and in-market stakeholders

  • Drive strategic business development in the region with a 1 to 2 year


  • Responsible for the regional product mix

  • Consolidate information about market trends, competitors’ sales

practices and potential projects in the region

  • Channel Management and optimization: discuss, create and drive the

related cluster channel strategy in close cooperation with channel

partners and managers

  • Manage business relationships to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key


  • Support new product launches

  • Upstream Marketing

  • Monitor regional market prices, provides input on competitive price

developments and product price positioning based on win/loss

analysis. Escalate positioning/pricing issues to cluster

  • Provide feedback in product requirements, competition (e.g. portfolio,

sales tools, tactics)

  • Provide outlook on market size, growth and share for region

  • Customer Relations

  • Manage business relationships with Key Decision Makers of strategic

accounts and KOLs, in addition to customers representing the different

market segments

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree level education or equivalent.

  • Experience in sales and/or product management in a B2C/B2B environment.

  • Knowledge of complex market/channel structures

  • Understanding of Healthcare market is highly preferred

  • Experience in channel management and optimization is highly preferred

  • Display leadership, influencing and problem solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
