We are now looking for a Digital Insights*and* Analytics Manager!

The Digital Marketing Organization is data driven and seeks the right person to analyze data from multiple sources to build insights, to make recommendations on well-informed marketing decisions. You should have a keen interest in marketing automation, customer life cycle management, improve customer acquisition and conversion rates, optimizing marketing channels, and be curious about data trends.

Whatyou'll* be doing:*
  • Work with the Global DMO analytics and data science team to augment and analyze multiple data sources
  • Be responsible for the Asia Pacific and Japan digital marketing dashboard and actively communicate insights and findings to the various internal partners
  • Lead the development, deployment and integration of new analytics platforms and data science products, with strong change management.
  • Introduce regular reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to field sales & marketing team
  • Engage with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights into marketing impact, campaign dashboards and performance
  • Manage, maintain optimize, and rationalize key reports and dashboards for both Consumer and Enterprise Marketing
  • Regular monitoring of various digital analytics metric. Ad-hoc analysis, reporting and updates as required
  • Develop and build link with internal teams, agencies and contractors for all analytics and reporting activities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current and upcoming industry analytics platforms, standards and trends; benchmark NVIDIA performance against industry standard methodologies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing in the Asia Pacific region, working with a cross-functional, multi-cultural marketing team
What we need to see:
  • University Degree in Business Analytics/Computer Science or MBA (a big plus)
  • Eight or more years of experience in digital analytics or business intelligence role
  • Establish understanding of NVIDIA Strategy, Goals and Values
  • Improve delivery time of digital data/results to key partners with executable insights
  • Build working relationships with key partners i.e. global marketing teams, regional & field marketing, regional sales leaders, international marketing teams and sales teams
  • Optimize digital analytics reporting and insight sharing infrastructure effectively in the Asia Pacific region
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address specific agile marketing opportunities that may arise in segments, geographies or industries arising from digital insights
  • Demonstrate NVIDIA's core values on a day to day basis

  • Excellent data problem solver, adapt quickly to a fast-moving organization, and passionate about ML/AI
  • Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using SQL/Python and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Demonstrate the ability to craft simplified user experiences to share complex data analytics through reports and dashboards
  • Power user for Adobe Analytics/Tableau, and be the go-to person for the broader marketing team and using it to monitor and support marketing activities
  • Collaborate with other marketing analytics teams, sales operations and improve the full-funnel measurement
  • Experienced with SFDC, Marketo, and handling data integrations advantageous
  • Good exposure to collaborating tools like JIRA, Confluence, WorkFront, etc.
  • Exposure to the concept of agile marketing
  • Knowledgeable with current technologies and trends in digital marketing
  • Knowledge in modern marketing methods including digital (web, social, email, webcast, paid media, etc.)
  • Possess Excellent written and verbal communications in Chinese and English
  • Strong ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and lead projects independently
