Job Purpose:

This role will assist the APAC Lending head to drive Citi’s continued leadership in unsecured lending including cards lending, ready credit and unsecured personal loans. The role focuses on Customer growth, digital strategy and lending marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer growth for lending in APAC across 16 markets.

  • Expand acquisition channels to online aggregators, strategic partners to x-sell lending products and increase lending customers.

  • Work with sales, branch and citiphone channels to design incentive, tactical promotions and programs to build sales volume momentum.

  • Develop mechanisms to attract borrower-aliked prospects to stay connected with Citibank. (ex citi enabled credit educational app such as check bureau score app).

  • Ongoing communication to this prospect group to convert them to citibank new to bank customers

  • Define digital onboarding, x-selling, usage and top up experience as citibank’s unique differentiator.

  • Drive for enhanced digital capabilities to reach out to non taker and DNC customers

  • Lending Marketing - design region wide marketing campaigns and customer incentive programs to accelerate lending sales.

  • Design branding campaigns to create top of mind lenders position for Citibank Work closely with countries to resolve digital platform related issues/hurdles Work closely with digital and tech team to deliver digital solutions to countries for lending products

Qualifications

The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience

  • Thorough understanding of cards and lending business

  • Strong marketing and digital knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong Marketing and analytical skills

  • Strong organisation and program execution skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Results orientated
