ATMs play a significant role in bank’s distribution landscape providing customer convenience, perceptual scale and revenue opportunities. Regional ATM channel team is working to reduce overall costs and improve operational efficiency while keeping fraud levels low and enhancing customer experience. Regional lead also strategically looks to reduce excess inventory, optimize ATM networks, improve operating efficiency and lower processing costs.
The regional ATM Channel lead is expected to demonstrate leadership by clearly defining and executing the ATM approach to ensure alignment with banks’ Omni-channel strategy for all 17 APAC/ EMEA markets. Responsibilities include -
Work with 17 markets to provide businessdirection and strategic guidelines regionally
Partner with regional tech and ops team todevelop, execute new solutions/ concepts/ options within the ATM network
Work in conjunction with local, regional andglobal teams, building the self-service and distribution plan for the future.This includes working on managed service model under the global framework.
Lead ATM governance regionally to defineroadmap, optimize existing distribution, rationalize fleet, improveproductivity and reduce asset book value
Share best practices and leanings frominformation security, fraud prevention functionality and cash management, andprepare for periodic ATM audits
Create and track the ATM P&L for theregion, and actively look for new ATM revenue streams
Work with various regional and country teamsto ensure periodic execution of MCA assessment

Financialdue diligence for ATM Global RFP for APAC and EMEA market
BusinessCase Preparation from risk assessment and contract management perspective
Countrylevel assessment on the scope of work and corresponding agreement sign-off
The ideal Candidate would meet the following requirements:
8+ years of professional experience inBanking Processes and Platforms or Fintech. Knowledge of ATM distribution, cashmanagement or ATM managed services would be an advantage
Experience in leading large regional &global initiatives or teams
Experience with cross-functional initiativesthat involve multiple stakeholders e.g.: Business teams, technology, legal,compliance, operations etc.
Experience related to business requirementsdefinition, program management etc.
Strong interpersonal and communicationskills. Ability to develop partnerships across teams
Strong presentation and influencing skills
