Job Purpose:

The candidate will be the Productivity and Workforce Champion across 17 markets and across all functions, in order to support the Regional Business Transformation team in tracking, monitoring and driving the achievement of the Productivity and Workforce targets. In addition the candidate will perform Expense analysis and Benchmarking on key Transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a formal governance process for Productivity with countries to ensure the timely tracking, monitoring and reporting of the monthly productivity results by consolidating relevant data points across initiatives, countries and function.

  • Create Country Benchmarks on key expenses to identify outlier and opportunities for Optimization

  • Perform Financial Analysis on expense lines to model the saves for various initiatives. Post completion of the initiatives ascertain and ensure the Productivity initiatives are translating into actual expense saves

  • Analyze HR data to understand the workforce by function, level, etc. across the business and all markets so as to drive ongoing workforce optimization and benchmarking.

  • Track and monitor workforce and hiring, and partner with Regional and country Recruitment, HR, and Business Managers to ensure workforce Plans are achieved.

  • Ensure compensation targets are met in line with the Workforce Optimization.

  • Perform Compensation Benchmarking across markets

  • Set up and maintain the monthly Must Win Battles (MWB) tracking, monitoring and reporting process.

  • Support the team for any projects and presentations where necessary


The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate with 5-10 years experience, preferably in consumer banking

  • Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving and technical skills

  • Strong attention to details

  • Project management skills

  • Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or relevant field
