Drive Brand Growth and Profitability in Assigned Market(s):
Under the supervision of Global Brand Manager, work as the docking lead for one of key Southeast Asia (SEA) markets (Vietnam/Indonesia/Thailand). Own and co-lead the country business plan with local team and proactively initiate plans to drive brand Profit & Loss (P&L) in the market and pre-empt competition.
Develop an in-depth understanding of local markets, consumers and shoppers – the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels and target consumers.
Analyze information to define sharp issues and opportunities and proactively lead the market growth agenda
Co-Lead Innovation, Renovation, Brand-Led Growth Projects
Support Global Brand Manager in exploring key opportunities and consumer insights for cluster/global innovations/renovations and initiating projects for Core and future core portfolio.
Help with the creation and implementation of market research plans to prepare and validate the projects.
Lead project management including building project networks and defining key milestones, following up with team members.
Help lead cross-functional teams including Finance, Consumer & Market Insight, R&D, Supply Chain to ensure successful project implementation in countries
Work with relevant agency partners to develop consumer centric communication plan to launch the mix across channels: traditional media, digital, POP etc.
Monitor and review effectiveness of project implementation and brand performance, to propose corrective actions if required
Support in Building Brand Strategy and Execution Expertise:
Support Global Brand Manager/Global Brand Director in some assigned strategy work
Own one center of expertise that drive future capabilities to execute brand initiatives with excellence in markets.

Degree with at least 2-3 years marketing experience. Experience in developing and landing innovation projects is a plus point.
A passion for Brand Development, Digital/Mobile, Activation and Unilever
Good understanding about FMCG business dynamic and strong insights about market and consumers.
Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘soft skills’ to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership, especially among our countries; agencies and multifunctional teams
Extremely high commitment to work on multiple projects with high speed.
