The successful candidate will cover a portfolio of clients and be a significant contributor to the team’s CV
Together with our Trading, business and functional partners, she/he will lead our effort to be the industry leading coverage team and trusted advisor to our most important clients.
The successful candidate will be expected to protect our clients and the franchise through a relentless commitment to control and governance built on the highest standard of personal ethics and responsibility.
Clients include Hedge Funds in the region and Global Hedge Funds trading during the Asia time zone.
Developing and mentoring junior talent
Actively cover a portfolio of clients (includes execution and backing up clients where needed) and be a significant contributor to the teams CV.
Implementation of the broader strategy for the Leveraged client segment and develop appropriate regional strategies
Lead Senior Management FX interaction with Platinum and Priority Leverage clients in the region
Lead/Coordinate thought leadership content for our Leveraged clients in the region; includes leading macro dinners, bring resources from the global network to Asia etc.
Communicate regularly to Regional and Global Heads, in addition to any other relevant senior managers on all aspects of the business; results, market themes, successes, issues
Staying on top of the regulatory and industry changes and competitive landscape
Adhere to and cascade all FXLM supervisory training and tools to create a culture of responsibility to our clients, our shareholders and each other
10+ years of experience in the Foreign Exchange
Strong communication Skills
Extensive knowledge of the Leveraged and Asset Management industries
Extensive knowledge of our front to back office processes
Global Leveraged client relationships
Proven product and solutions skills
Ability to work effectively with various managers, stakeholders and product and functional partners
Proven track record of successful Leveraged FX client coverage
