Job Title ID- Senior Security & Privacy Engineer
Posting Location Singapore
•Responsible for harmonization of Security & Privacy-related activities between different customer projects
•Organize, manage, and follow all activities which affect the complete BU in regards to security-related activities
•Ensures compliance of the products of the BU with Security & Privacy related laws and (state of the art) standards, and has the authority to approve or decline the project releases
•Collect, document and structure customer requirements relevant for Security & Privacy
like “Security Testing / Penetration Testing”
•Support the development of cyber security requirements, system concepts and building blocks
•Support projects in the interpretation and usage of Security & Privacy principles (e.g. Security & Privacy concepts, required verification activities, creation of documentation, etc.)
•Communication with external and independent bodies (e.g. customers, TÜV)
•Our portfolio and your focus area cover instrument clusters, secondary display, head-up display, control panels, as backend based services. This includes also connected devices, like smartphones, WiFi hotspots and vehicle busses as well.
•Defines the policy that controls how sensitive data (both project-related and non project-related) is stored
•Support Quotation-Phase with clarification of Security & Privacy relevance or not, approve the Functional SP Concept (initial) and participate in consistency reviews of quote data
•University degree in computer science, electrical engineering or mathematics with a deep focus on security, privacy, cryptography, or similar
•In-depth knowledge in the area of Security Life Cycle for hardware and software
•Knowledge of Security Risk Analysis methods (e.g. STRIDE)
•Knowledge of Security Source Code Analysis methods
•Knowledge of common attacks against automotive systems, hardware, and software
•Applicant with experience in the field of Automotive Security and Privacy is preferred
•Good written & oral communication skill
•Able to travel overseas for training and/or projects.
