  • Work with Global PLMs and various functions in Asia to launch new products in the Asia region.

  • Define and seek resources from global business team and develop product line growth strategy and execution plan in supporting the growth of various product lines in Asia to hit desired growth rate and profitability.

  • Collect market information through various external and internal channels like conferences, distributors, account managers, etc., and responsible for market size & intelligence analysis for corresponding product lines.

  • Convey product change notifications of products to external stakeholders.

  • Own and manage regional prices and work with pricing team to keep price list up to date. Collect competitor prices and monitor market price trend for product promotions and annual price update based on market feedback study.

  • Provide business directions, needs and forecast to Supply Chain Team to ensure well aligned supply chain strategy to support business growth in Asia region.

  • Other assignments based on business needs.


i. Context/Environment: Korea, SEA, ANZ

ii. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree or Masters in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry preferred.

  • 3-5 years working experiences. 2-3 years of experience in a sales/marketing function (Life Sciences Industry Preferred)

  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of laboratory consumable products and market. Familiar with the market dynamics and key competitors.

  • Application Skills: Computer skills for maintaining spreadsheets for pricing, cost, and forecast information. Basic knowledge of digital marketing would be a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English and Mandarin is required. Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Operational skills: Pricing, planning and forecasting, product costing and financial analysis skills. Strong cross-function coordination skill and good at problem solving.

  • Regular working hours with some travelling required (once a quarter).
