  • Enterprise Sales BDM are senior Sales consultants to focused on VLE/LE Relationship customers to drive sales of DCG products and solutions

  • Finds and develops new Large opportunities to drive the Lenovo Networking business across ASEAN.

  • Integrates Lenovo Networking offerings into various Lenovo Software Defined Solution offerings around HCI, SDS, HPC, Big Data. Hence, must be knowledgeable on pain-points and workloads to integrated Networking into these offerings.

  • Meet Enterprise revenue and profit targets in assigned ASEAN territories

  • Builds senior technical and Business relationships across the CXO and business leaders

  • Independent proactive selling into new and existing client base

  • Works with assigned sales teams to close opportunities from a Solution and Technical standpoint

  • Gain In depth Understanding of the client's business requirements, technical requirements and competitive landscape.

  • Works directly with customers, BPs and alliance partners to drive a cohesive solution to the customer

  • Penetrates net new accounts for the Lenovo Enterprise Business Group

  • Educates customers and partners (Distributors, Channel Partners, and SI) on Lenovo’s Networking technology and develops a working knowledge of Lenovo’s Enterprise offerings

  • Maintain market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility with Customers

  • Able to work with Technical resources to deliver comprehensive technical solutions

  • Enterprise Networking products Revenue growth

  • Role requires an experienced technology business and sales leader who has worked with Networking & Security Channel Partners including Large SI’s, Distributors, Resellers and Cloud providers.

  • Minimum 10 years of partner sales experience in Advanced Networking & Security solutions like Next-gen firewalls, AMP, ATP, Security as a service, SDN or similar technologies.

  • The Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for working with key Partners & Distributors to ensure flawless execution of joint growth strategies and plans.

  • Deep domain knowledge and extensive experience with the SDN community and an understanding of how SDN can transform the industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives and program owners.

  • Must be willing to work independently. The Business Development Manager will be held accountable for sales activity and results.

  • As a creative thinker and problem solver, will be expected to tackle complex situations and business models making the appropriate judgment calls to succeed.

  • Exceptional organisation and teamwork skills to work cross functionally and across the theatre. Able to motivate and influence others.

  • Results oriented with the ability to drive changes and response quickly.

  • Willingness to adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company direction required.

  • Has a presence, able to speak and present with confidence and credibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering

  • Expected to travel 50%
