We’re seeking a Portfolio Manager, based in our Singapore office . This role is responsible for coordinating Western Union efforts to expand wu.com to new markets around the world.

Primary areas of responsibilities include:

  • Own allaspects of coordinating international expansion efforts to deliver on productlaunch milestones for international expansion including new and sustainingtechnical integrations programs, software releases, app releases,certifications, localization, testing.

  • Regularcommunication with senior management on timelines, deliverables and risks.

  • Evaluateprogress and communicate program status, risks, and next steps.

  • Evaluate andimprove processes and documentation for efficient collaboration withcross-functional teams cross cultural and geographical teams.

  • Develop,track and manage project milestones, project plans, timelines and scope.

  • Partnerclosely with other members of functional project teams to define businessrequirements.

  • Facilitatethe User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.

  • Ensureappropriate systems development and project management processes are beingutilized

  • Create ameasurement system and/or tool to assess awareness, understanding, buy-in andsupport of change management activities

What you will need to succeed:

  • 8+years proven project management experience including fintech, ecommerce and/orbanking industry experience.

  • Bachelor'sdegree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering orrelated field is desirable.

  • Demonstratedability to work as part of a fast-paced team.

  • Provensuccessful project/program management outcomes from idea to launch in multiplecontexts throughout career.

  • Demonstratedability to juggle multiple priorities to adapt to changing environments.

  • Excellentoral/written communication, interpersonal, and people skills.

  • Attentionto detail and a strong sense of ownership.
