5-7 years’ experience in programme management for consumer technology, internet, digital media or e-commerce.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or project management field.
Ability to work at a fast pace while managing competing priorities.
Knowledge of Agile, Lean and Scrum methodologies and practical application into larger organizations
Demonstrable track record of launching and deploying several digital programs and products and hands-on execution in programme delivery.
Ability to develop project schedules, communicate deadlines, and enforce project deadlines.
Highly capable of clearly communicating tasks, schedules, risks and processes, to a variety of business, creative and technical audiences
Proficient in use of project management tools.
Strong ability to work cross functionally to deliver products and experiences.
Self-starter with strong bias for action.
Working primarily with Digital, IT, Operations and Marketing teams, both globally and at a market level to deliver the global roadmap of digital initiatives.
Own the accountability of portfolio reporting, market readiness, user experience quality, consistency and Marketing buy-in in order to drive the highest business and customer impacts.
Develops detailed regional level plans against necessary timelines, requirements, dependencies, costs and nuances of market.
Maintains and communicates comprehensive programme execution status within the market and global organizations.
Owns hands on role in identifying key risks, issues and dependencies against execution and proactively developing solutions against those risks and challenges.
Ensures the use of Corporate, regional, and market best practices and applies lessons learned from previous initiatives for the marketing launch and ongoing execution of digital initiatives. Collects and consolidated results of testing and roll-outs to share with global team to drive further growth.
