Job Summary

You are responsible for room assignment prior to guest arrival to ensure smooth Welcome experience for all arriving guests. Be the key contact for daily operations between Welcome Desk, Style and Reservations Team.

We are ideally looking for

  • With at least a Diploma/Certificate in hotel management or its related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 year experience in a similar capacity.

  • Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in customer-service oriented environment.

  • Able to work independently and as a team.
