Sales Operations Analyst- Key Responsibilities.

  • Provides sales operational and analytic support through the Sales Process and CRM management to sales management.

  • Responsible for working with a virtual team from cross functional supports.

  • Provides in-depth knowledge of sales support function and project manage similar experts and other disciples to reach solutions.

  • Use project management skills in all facets of work.

  • Position is responsible for supporting Global Sales by managing information, reporting and operationals activities related to the sales process.

  • Accountable for several key processes as well as provides analysis and reporting support to shared processes.

  • Annual Enrollment which identifies annual account potential, targeted customer entities, annual sales quotas, sales leadership approvals.

  • Position will be responsible for reviewing existing processes with the intent to drive process improvements that deliver higher quality results and improvements across the organization.

  • Critical for this position to develop a clear understanding of the sales process to understand how process improvements can drive increased sales productivity.

  • Must be comfortable in working in a cross functional environment with team members from services operations, Finance, ITS and others.

    • Qualification and Desired Experience *
  • Degree or Diploma in IT or Finance or Analytics.

  • Five to Eight years of relevant experience in Sales Operations and providing

  • analytic support through the Sales Process and CRM management to sales management.

  • Experience on any CRM tool preferred.

  • Must be good with MS Excel, Analytics and reporting.

  • Must have excellent communication, analytical and inter-personal skills.
