  1. Brief Description

This position is responsible for validating the tools HQ building for Sales Target Setting and Sales rep individual performance measurement and working with HQ IT to come up with solutions. As the main user and administrator in APL for these tools, the position should feedback to HQ for issues and propose enhancement; establish and maintain business process for country sales to follow, support users and ensure data accuracy for Sales TvA measurement. The position is responsible for monitoring LISA CRM usage by sales of territory and BP to ensure clean sales credit and TvA.

  1. Key Result Areas
  • Establish rules and principles, develop end-to-end process for territory creation, customer assignment, and supervise CRM Admin in SSC for execution to ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Work with HQ IT to deliver solutions/tool for Sales Rep level target and actual (Sales TvA)

  • Maintain the processes for Sales TvA and ensure accuracy

  • Build and maintain Sales performance dashboards

  • Continue improvement in efficiency and develop new concepts/solution for sales performance measurement

  1. Key Accountabilities
  • Migrate APL sales territory to LISA CRM,

  • Establish rules and principles, develop end-to-end process for territory creation, customer assignment, and supervise CRM Admin in SSC for execution to ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Gap analysis and business cases studies for practical LISA CRM usage, and propose solution to HQ

  • Validate HQ solution for Sales Target setting, coordinate with APL Trade team to utilize the new tool/process for target setting

  • Validate and prove HQ solution for Sales Credit Rule and UCC. Maintain the processes

  • Validate and prove HQ solution for CV and UCV, maintain the processes

  • Build and maintain the sales performance dashboards in new system(s)

  • Manage exception handling for Sales TvA matters

  • Provide support to FO users for sales target and performance related matters

  • Work on emerging new concepts or dashboards


Bachelor’s Degree


  • 2+ years of experience in shipping industry preferred

  • Previous experience in business solution preferred

Skill Sets

  • Broad knowledge of Sales / CS Processes,CRM systems
