Territory Sales Representative, MFG Korea Location: Singapore Job ID: 17WD25756
Position Overview The Territory Sales Representative Korea is responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed through the Channel. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale and cross-selling. This position reports to a Territory Sales Hub Manager, and will work closely with broader Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Autodesk Field Sales.
Responsibilities * Applies sales skills associated with a cold calling sales model; strong verbal and written skills required * Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of 60-80 calls daily * Understand customer issues and requirements in order to recommend a specific Autodesk product or industry solution * Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competitive products, and industry trends as well as Autodesk Subscription and Advanced Support * Maintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners * Provide partner with the relevant information, understanding their business workflow to create and close opportunities * Utilize Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity * Maintain Salesforce.com opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weekly * Build strong relationships for business planning with each partner and with partner management team * Respond to partner and customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
Minimum Qualifications * Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. TAS * Familiarity with sales logging applications (i.e., Salesforce) * Fluency in the Korean language is required as he/she will be required to cover the Korea market * Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all times * Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented * Highly proficient computer skills including internet, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Database management a plus
