Facebook Agency Partner Manager, Small and Medium Businesses, ANZ in Singapore

Summary:

The SMB team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like pages and advertising. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Facebook’s advertising solutions through scaled education initiatives and pre- and post-sales support strategies in a team driven environment. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with or in agencies, account management and/or selling marketing solutions. This role will handle agencies in Australia and New Zealand based out of our APAC Headquarters in Singapore.

You will be required to relocate to Singapore if successful with this position.

Required Skills:

  1. Act as a Strategic Business Partner to agencies to scale business growth and service

  2. Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adopt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

  3. Identify opportunities and develop and implement initiatives to develop partnerships and grow revenue

  4. Operate as the lead for any and all strategic matters pertaining to your partner portfolio, including escalations and troubleshooting

  5. Develop and implement strategic plans to build and improve partner experience in the market including consulting and coaching partners to grow and achieve improved results on Facebook

  6. Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

  7. Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience

  8. Work cross-functionally within sales and other Facebook organizations to drive revenue and increase agency partnership and sentiment

  9. Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency

  10. Represent Facebook at conferences, event and webinars.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance

  2. 5+ years of experience at media agencies, account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting

  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  4. A deep understanding of the Australia and New Zealand market and the media landscape

  5. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail

  6. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  7. Results and detail orientated with a hands-on approach
