The Analyst will be supporting the Sales activities within Global Business Operations (GBO) by serving as key interface between sales and other operational functions and actively contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

  • Reporting within various systems (Business Objects, SFDC, Tableau, EPM etc.) to deliver key analysis to key stakeholders

  • Working with complex data sets by building and maintaining dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support initiatives across Field Operations, Sales Compensation, Expense, Business Planning, and Pricing

  • Organizing project activities and cross-functional meetings, provide support to achieve long and short-range project goals and offer improvement of business processes

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to work cross- functionally and manage conflicting priorities effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to troubleshoot independently

  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated and disciplined – driven for results, and motivated by impact

  • Proficient in PPT and comfortable presenting to various audiences

  • Proficiency in Excel with desire to expand and evolve technical skill set

  • Ability to learn and document new tools and processes, write instructions and train others as needed

  • Experience in reporting tools is a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Operations or related field
