Johnson Controls APAC HR PMO Lead in Singapore
A. PRIMARY Purpose ( / Why does this job exists / )
Under the direction of the HRLT, leads regional HR projects identified for deployment in APAC in collaboration with Country FS leads, HRBPs and CoEs members.
Identify CI opportunities in HR processes ; sets direction for review, revision, improvement and implementation, including working with stakeholders to resolve and agree on resolutions.
Represents APAC region for Global CI Projects
Coordinates regional HR report cadence, including HR Analytics and Reports ; identify data/information gaps and works with data owners to ensure consistent and accurate representation of data in system and reports.
B. primary DUTIES:
Program manage HR projects that span across all or multiple countries in APAC Works with country HR to identify CI opportunities in HR workstream ; and deploy improvements as approved Coordinates and tracks HR information during M&As, Integration and/or Organizational Restructuring Assist Regional HR leads to drive and follow-up on Regional HR Operations Review Complete HR Anaytics/Reports as required by HR Leadership Team
Education : Degree qualified Experience : 10 years in related HR roles ; preferably with experience in leading regional projects Adaptability : Ability to work across multiple APAC countries, dealing and accepting differing views
