 Maintain good business relationships with channel sales team, Reseller partners & end user customers.

  • Conduct customer needs analysis,

  • Relay product information to partners and customers

  • Provide technical specifications for quotations

  • Support with tenders

  • Support with pricing approvals & in-depth knowledge of licensing pricing options

  • Work closely with Dell EMC and VMware outside sales representatives to acquire new opportunities

  • Proactively identifies and solves customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions.

  • Engaged at customer/partners level and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong licencing skills.

  • Understands and communicates technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution.

  • Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.
