Maintain good business relationships with channel sales team, Reseller partners & end user customers.
Conduct customer needs analysis,
Relay product information to partners and customers
Provide technical specifications for quotations
Support with tenders
Support with pricing approvals & in-depth knowledge of licensing pricing options
Work closely with Dell EMC and VMware outside sales representatives to acquire new opportunities
Proactively identifies and solves customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions.
Engaged at customer/partners level and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong licencing skills.
Understands and communicates technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution.
Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.
