The person in the Electronic Trading, Professional Services team will be mainly working at the client site and will be in charge of the implementation of our solution. He/She will provide status report of the projects, ensuring a high-quality delivery and scalable solution for our customers.
This role also spans over critical production incident support, process solution design, engineering studies, tailor-made solution specification and problem management.
As FIS product advisor, you will be the first point of contact when working on client site or will have to assist the Sales in pre-sales engagements when off-site.
Risk management and issues tracking till resolution
Knowledge of Linux environment with good level understanding of network.
Hands-on implementation of FIS solution following our best practices.
Coordinate with various internal teams including infrastructure, support, development team or Sales team to ensure the success of the delivery.
Lead the system integration testing and client support testing.
Manage the whole cycle of the project from initiation to closing with a clear focus on the scope validation, project plan, schedule and tracking on effort spent.
Ensure timely reporting is done to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Coordinate with other technical departments for cross products project.
Though extremely occasional, on-site support of the FIS system during major production incident could be required when support resource needs help.
At least 5-6 years of professional experience or one good experience related to the job description
