Facebook SMB, Partner Manager (Thailand) in Singapore

Summary:

The SMB team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like pages and advertising. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Facebook’s advertising solutions through scaled education initiatives and pre- and post-sales support strategies in a team driven environment. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in account management and/or selling marketing solutions. This role will handle agencies/advertisers in Thailand based out of the Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and implement an SMB agency strategy for Thailand that maximizes year-on-year growth of revenue via unlocking clients, converting and delivering on agency and client opportunities and build partnerships that scale revenue

  2. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, Facebook and Instagram solutions

  3. Develop and implement scale programs to acquire new agencies, nurture and grow their capabilities

  4. Build and develop mid-level and senior level agency relationships with a focus on driving revenue, agency education and agency satisfaction

  5. Provide pre and post-sales support to small and medium advertisers for all online sales ad products

  6. Partner with agencies and other third parties to scale advertiser growth and service

  7. Work directly with advertisers and agencies to improve performance of Facebook Pages and ad campaigns

  8. Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency

  9. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Facebook.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance

  2. 5+ years of experience in account management or sales

  3. Ability to define and communicate agency strategies that align with business goals of both the agency and its clients

  4. Extensive experience in communicating and partnering at all agency levels from C-Level executives and all throughout the agency

  5. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

  6. Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and execute in a timely fashion

  7. Prior experience working in digital sales or acquisitions is a plus

  8. Proven records of driving a successful Joint business plan is a plus
